Responsibilities:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and sanitizing china, glassware, and silverware using the dishwashing machine; loading, unloading, and proper storage.
• Cleaning kitchen equipment, sinks, floors, walls, and production areas.
• Cleaning and sanitizing pots, pans, and utensils with appropriate solutions.
• Setting up, cleaning, and using the silver burnishing machine; sorting and transporting silverware; handling damaged items for repair.
• Safely storing and utilizing cleaning chemicals and materials with proper protective gear.
• Working harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.

Skills/Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and cleaning tools.
• At least 1 year of Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full schedule flexibility, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, overnight, and afternoon shifts.
