Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane system including setup, hand controls, moving forms while monitoring cables to prevent twisting and pinching.
• Setup and use of grinder and cutter including carriage/harp/basket with knowledge of daily schedule; proper insertion of product and forms as needed.
• Cheese recovery including scraping bottoms of pallets and pans for brown process stubs.
• Knowledge of color-code system used for processing cheese including cheese type specifics for production.
• Strict adherence to GMPs; keep area clean.
• Strict adherence to Safety/PPE protocols and procedures; reporting unsafe conditions to plant management.
• Accurate recordkeeping and line-specific paperwork.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
