Job summary

Saputo Inc. is hiring a Production Attendant in Wisconsin to package cheese per customer specs, maintain GMP/SSOP/HACCP standards, and assist with setup and data entry. The role requires standing, lifting, and rotating through line positions, with safety and quality at the core of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 20–40 lb and perform manual handling.
• Read and interpret production worksheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP, and H&S.
• Efficiently package cheese according to specs.
• Set up packaging process and labeling machinery.
• Perform quality checks against production sheets.
• Enter data on production reports.
• Rotate through all line positions and assist with safety meetings.
• Sanitize lines and palletize finished boxes.
• Follow safety policies and contribute to QA standards.
