Sabrosura Foods, LLC is seeking dependable team members for an overnight 3rd shift packaging role in Monroe, WI. You will help package cheese products for distribution on the production floor, supply materials to lines, and ensure accuracy of labeling and records.

The position emphasizes food safety, quality, and teamwork, with full benefits, possible overtime, and a $2/hr shift premium. Candidates must be able to work in refrigerated environments and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Package finished cheese products according to production specifications.
• Supply packaging materials to production lines as needed.
• Monitor products for quality, appearance, and proper labeling.
• Box, stack, palletize, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Support line changeovers and sanitation activities between production runs.
• Keep production areas clean, organized, and compliant with GMP requirements.
• Complete required production records and documentation accurately.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work in multiple production areas based on daily operational needs.
• Assist other departments and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
