Job summary

Sabrosura Foods in Monroe, WI is hiring a Form Washer to support cheese packaging lines. You will pull product from coolers, prepare lines, operate forklifts in tight spaces, and perform CIP verifications while maintaining GMP and sanitation standards.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read schedules, and accurate timekeeping. Typical shift is 5am–3pm, Monday to Friday with overtime as needed; candidates should have a High School diploma and sanitation experience in a food

Qualifications

• Sanitation experience in a food production environment.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow directions; consistency is crucial to the position.

Responsibilities

• Operate and certification for Forklift, pallet jack and walkie forklift in tight spaces
• Understand daily production schedules for staging cheese for packaging lines
• Conduct CIP verifications (i.e., Chemical concentrations, flow, time and temperature)
• Communicate any food safety related issues to supervisor or managers
• Observe facility and equipment conditions to ensure in good condition and in compliance
• Perform and follow SSOP’s on production tools and equipment
• Document sanitation and production checks
• Follow proper GMP’s, PPE’s and chemical handling practices
• Maintain chemical usages and inventory adjustments
• Understand FIFO (First In First Out) system
• Complete Master Sanitation Schedules on a timely matter
• Perform all other duties as assigned
