Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in Franklin, WI is seeking a Production Attendant to prepare packaging per customer specs, maintain records, and uphold GMPs. The role supports safe, efficient cheese packaging on the line and requires adherence to safety policies.

You will rotate through all line positions, perform quality checks, enter production data, and participate in safety meetings. The shift runs 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM starts with early morning finish; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Able to push, pull and lift 20–40 lbs.
• Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, and maneuvering around equipment.
• Stand or walk on concrete surfaces for extended periods.
• Able to work scheduled hours and overtime when needed.
• Demonstrates reliability, honesty, respect and punctuality.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform unit conversions.

Responsibilities

• Package cheese according to customer specifications and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records and production sheets.
• Set up packaging equipment, printers and labeling as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure correct price/date/packaging.
• Rotate through all line positions and participate in safety meetings.
• Enter data into production reports and keep work areas clean and organized.
