Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Production Attendant to efficiently package cheese, set up line equipment, and ensure quality control. You will follow GMP, SOP, HACCP and H&S guidelines while maintaining accurate records and a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
• Frequent standing and walking on concrete.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed.
• Demonstrates reliability, honesty, respect and punctuality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and math calculations.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and proper PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Package cheese according to customer specifications and SOPs.
• Set up packaging process including machinery and labels.
• Enter production data and maintain accurate records.
• Perform quality checks and communicate out-of-spec conditions.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and comply with GMP policies.
