Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Production Attendant to prepare packaging according to customer specifications, follow GMPs, and maintain accurate records while ensuring safe, efficient cheese packaging operations.

This role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, reading production worksheets, and rotating through line positions. Shift starts at 2:00 PM and may require overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 20–40 lb and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with reading and following production worksheets.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, SSOP and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Package cheese according to customer specifications and packaging materials.
• Maintain accurate records and production reports.
• Set up packaging machinery and related equipment as needed.
• Rotate through all positions on the line and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Attend mandatory safety and department meetings and adhere to quality standards.
