Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Production Attendant to support cheese packaging on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. You will prepare packaging, maintain records, and ensure GMP and safety compliance while maximizing line efficiency.

You must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, read production worksheets, and work well with a team to meet customer specifications. Competitive benefits and shift differential offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to push, pull, and lift between 20 and 40 pounds.
• Ability to read and comprehend production worksheets.
• Willingness to rotate into all line positions and work overtime as needed.
• Commitment to food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Basic analytical and numerical skills for unit conversions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP, and H&S.
• Efficiently package cheese into specified packaging material.
• Identify out-of-spec conditions and follow notification protocol.
• Set up packaging process including machinery and printers.
• Perform quality checks to ensure packaging matches production sheet.
• Enter data on production reports and rotate through line positions.
