Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Tail Off Operator Relief to support the packaging of cheese products. The role focuses on setting up and maintaining brine packaging equipment, ensuring adherence to USDA, GMP and safety standards, and executing quality checks throughout production.

You will operate various packaging lines, verify codes and labels, and participate in changeovers and shift handoffs while maintaining a clean and safe work area in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to USDA, GMP and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up all packaging equipment and supplies (Rapid Paks, metal detector, Dominoes, scales, tape machine, glue machines, scale fusions, case erectors and robotic lines).
• Generate and document computer pallet tickets and quality checks including CPQs.
