Job summary

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain knowledge of products within the department and respond to questions.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items.
• Inform customers of Cheese Shop specials and promotions.
• Provide customers with fresh products prepared to order and proper portion sizes.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe using kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise and ensure correct labeling.
