Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet efficiency budgets while maintaining high quality.
• Unload cheese racks and feed cheese onto conveyors/input lines.
• Stack empty racks for retrieval.
• Complete CCP and line operation paperwork accurately.
• Perform sanitation duties as assigned and keep area clean.
• Take corrective action for products not meeting specs.
• Contribute to process improvements and performance.
• Participate in internal/external audits for ISO/HACCP compliance.
• Attend department meetings and trainings.
