Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; dairy manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of dairy production processes; food safety standards a must.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
