Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. in Prince George's County is hiring energetic After‑School Coaches to teach Cheer and Dance to elementary students in enrichment programs.

This part-time, after-school role runs Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM with 1.5‑hour sessions; curriculum and equipment are provided. Ideal candidates are college students studying Physical Education, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Dance, Recreation, Education, Child Development, Psychology or related fields.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Cheer or Dance is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with children in grades K–5.
• Reliable transportation to schools across Prince George's County.

Responsibilities

• Teach Cheer and Dance to elementary students.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Supervise groups of 15 to 25 students.
• Encourage teamwork, physical activity and participation.

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and reliable After‑School Coaches to teach Cheer and Dance to elementary-aged students in fun, structured enrichment programs throughout Prince George#39;s County.

This is an excellent opportunity for college students interested in education, coaching, youth development, kinesiology, exercise science, recreation, dance, or physical education. If you enjoy working with children and creating a positive, active learning environment, we#39;d love to hear from you.

We are currently hiring coaches to teach Cheer and Dance programs.

Position Details

• Part-time, after-school position
• Monday through Friday
• Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM
• 1.5-hour sessions
• $45 per session ($30 per hour)
• No weekends
• No lesson planning required
• Curriculum and equipment provided

• Must successfully complete the required Prince George#39;s County Public Schools background check and fingerprinting process
