Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service at all times per Lowe's policies and programs
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying and loading merchandise
• Use cash register to process sales, returns and refunds per guidelines
• Explain stock, special orders, features, benefits, and warranty information to customers
• Coach and train associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities
• Ensure store safety and housekeeping standards are maintained
