Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service in Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Guides customers through projects and answers questions to support purchases.
• Communicates stock, feature benefits, and warranty information to customers.
• Coaches and trains associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
• Operates a cash register to process sales, returns, and refunds.
