Job summary

Full Circle Health's Raymond Clinic in Boise, ID is seeking a friendly Check-In/Check-Out Representative to support the reception team during patient arrivals and departures.

You will handle scheduling touchpoints, verify patient information, collect insurance data, and direct patients to the appropriate services while upholding our standards of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; medical office experience preferred.
• Certified Medical Interpreter certification preferred.

Purpose

The Check-In/Check-Out Representative is an important team member supporting the reception department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health (FCH). The Check-In/Check-Out Representative shall be accountable for successfully assisting patients with the FCH check-in and checkout processes at appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations.

Schedule

8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday daytime shifts, with the opportunity for evenings and rotating Saturdays.

QualificationsEducation

2 or more years customer service experience required; previous medical office experience preferred, and previous call center experience preferred.

Licensure / Certification:
