Job summary

Full Circle Health’s Raymond clinic in Boise, ID is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide outstanding patient care in an outpatient setting. You will support clinical staff and ensure accurate documentation in patient records, maintaining our commitment to high-quality care.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Requires Idaho RN or LPN licensure, BLS and ACLS, with preference for outpatient nursing experience. Immunization requirements and credentialing are part of employment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Idaho.
• BLS certification and ACLS certification current.
• Outpatient clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding care for patients at Raymond clinic.
• Support colleagues and licensed medical staff in care delivery.

Purpose

The Registered Nurse/LPN shall be accountable for 1) providing outstanding care for all Full Circle Health patients, 2) supporting their colleagues and other licensed medical staff in the provision of care and 3) ensuring accurate and complete documentation with the patient’s medical record.

Schedule

Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

QualificationsEducation

LPN, A.D.N. or B.S.N. from accredited College of Nursing.

Experience

Previous outpatient clinical nursing experience preferred, other relevant clinical patient care experience may be considered.

Licensure / Certification

Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Idaho, current BLS certification, and current ACLS certification.

Credentialing

Meets established Credentials Committee requirements for LPN or RN scope of practice including fully credentialed, licensed and privileged as well as the ability to pass a background check.
