Job summary

Full Circle Health Raymond Clinic in Boise, ID is seeking a Medical Assistant to support daytime patient care under our providers. The MA will help with routine clinical tasks, prepare patients, and assist with examinations.

You will maintain accurate medical records, support care coordination in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model, and participate in continuous quality improvement. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with rotating Saturday/evening shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program or LPN from accredited College of Nursing.
• Currently certified by American Medical Technologists, American Association of Medical Assistants, American Registry of Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurse or other accredited certifying organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care alongside providers and support the Patient Centered Medical Home model.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation within the patient’s medical record.
• Support clinic operations and patient flow during daytime shifts.

Purpose

The Medical Assistant (MA) shall be accountable for 1) providing excellent direct patient care alongside our providers, 2) supporting the Patient Centered Medical Home model of care and 3) maintaining accurate and complete documentation within the patient’s medical record.

Schedule

Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm with the opportunity for rotating Saturday and evening shifts.

QualificationsEducation

Licensure / Certification

Experience

• Entry level; previous medical assistant or LPN experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a primary care clinic / outpatient setting preferred.
