Education/Certification: Must be a high school graduate or an accredited secondary educational system. Must have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite products (Word, Excel, & Outlook). Must have a current drivers license.
Experience: Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Client Billing/AR, Supervising. Some clinical exposure preferred but not necessary
Equipment/Technology: Must be familiar with computerized information systems, lab supplies, processes and centrifuge and office equipment such as fax, copier, and scanning devices.
Language/Communication: Must have the sensitivity, maturity, and ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Mental Capabilities: Requires assessment and planning, calculation, analyzing, sorting, comparing, ability to prioritize, listening, decision making and reading comprehension.
Performance: Job tasks should be completed in a timely manner, and all deadlines met appropriately. Anticipates/prepares for forthcoming problems and projects. Failure to ensure this could have adverse consequences on the operations of the Preventative/Occupational Health Department.
