Job summary

Full Circle Health in Boise, ID is seeking a Patient Access Representative to join our team. The PAR will guide patients through scheduling, answer questions and support front-desk operations during standard daytime hours.

Workdays are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of customer service experience; medical office experience is preferred. We offer comprehensive health plans, life insurance, dental, and retirement benefits.

The Patient Access Representative (PAR) shall be accountable for successfully assisting patients to navigate the Full Circle Health scheduling process to maximize customer / patient satisfaction and clinical operations.

8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday daytime shifts.
