Job summary

Full Circle Health in Boise is seeking a Patient Access Representative to assist patients with scheduling and navigate the Full Circle Health scheduling process to maximize customer and patient satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting; schedule is 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday at Emerald Administration. We offer comprehensive benefits including health/dental, life insurance, retirement matching, PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience.

2 or more years customer service experience required; previous medical office experience preferred and previous call center experience preferred.
