Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Chat Billing Agents questions and escalations.
• Provide expert support for billing issues and complex inquiries.
• Interact with internal and external customers regarding products and services.
• Present and discuss Charter's products and services.
• Coordinate with the Chat Center Supervisor to ensure efficient operations.
• Document customer account records and fulfill work schedules.
• Identify training gaps and provide proactive feedback.
