Job summary

Jet Aviation is expanding its U.S. Charter Sales team and seeks a dynamic Director of Sales to lead the Central territories from a hybrid office base in the United States.

You will drive growth by leveraging an existing retail charter book and building new high‑value client relationships with ultra‑high-net-worth individuals and corporations. As an individual contributor, you will manage end‑to‑end charter experiences, coordinate with the Charter Operations Team, and represent the Jet Aviation

Qualifications

• Proven success selling private jet charters to high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong network in Northeast/Southeast U.S.; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by originating and closing charter opportunities.
• Leverage existing client relationships to grow the book.
• Book and coordinate charter trips end-to-end with operations.
• Collaborate with Operations for quotes and contracts.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure accuracy throughout the process.
• Represent Jet Aviation at industry events and stay informed on fleet availability.
