Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Charter Representative Analyst to manage routing, scheduling, and support for the Charter Representative Program with autonomy and strong decision-making. The role emphasizes independent judgment and adaptability in a dynamic airline environment.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree plus excellent Excel skills, plus availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently route and schedule charter representatives and ground service representatives across multiple lines of business.
• Serve as a primary point of coordination during Irregular Operations (IROPS).
• Adjust schedules in response to weather, staffing, and mechanical disruptions.
• Collaborate with charter planning, operations, crew travel, and stakeholders to ensure continuity of service.
• Maintain accurate schedules, reporting, and communication to stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
