Job summary

Ocean Reef Club is seeking a reservations associate to handle charter bookings, guest inquiries, and charter tracking, delivering attentive service. You will coordinate with members, concierge, captains, and conference services to ensure accurate trip details and a seamless guest experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, fluent English, and willingness to work weekends/holidays, with a positive attitude and strong sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and keep good records for charters.
• Must have the ability to handle Member/Guest requests efficiently, professionally and in a friendly manner.
• Must have a positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Input reservation requests from members, guests, Concierge, captains, and Conference Services via phone, email, and in person.
• Ensure accuracy with trip type, duration, and number of anglers.
• Deliver an exceptional member and guest experience.
• Serve as a liaison balancing the needs of clients and owner/operators, ensuring fairness, satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Educate clients about local fishing opportunities and services at Ocean Reef.
• Be a team player and provide lateral service.
• Hybrid of office-based and outdoor responsibilities.
• May have to work outside for long periods of time in the heat and sun.
• Be willing and able to work when needed, including weekends & holidays.
