Turnberry Ocean Colony Master Association Inc. is seeking a Concierge/Front Desk professional in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. The role focuses on delivering prompt, professional, and courteous service to residents and guests.

You will greet visitors, manage registrations, handle deliveries and key access, and respond to emergencies while protecting resident privacy. This position requires flexibility, strong communication, and a client‑focused attitude to uphold luxury service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet everyone who enters the building and acknowledge all those who are exiting (ensure registration and departure of residents and guests).
• Announce to residents all visitors, deliveries, and service persons.
• Manage inventory and issuance of keys; maintain key log.
• Respond to emergency situations by notifying authorities and departments per procedures.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of resident information.
• Receive and handle residents' complaints, inquiries, and service requests.
• Answer phones timely and friendly with proper greetings.
• Coordinate all courier deliveries and maintain the log.
• Attend all Concierge services meetings.
• Support continuous improvement and attend courses provided by the property.
• Represent the property professionally during shifts and on grounds.
