Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Sales Representative for the Greater Charlotte area to grow and manage wine sales across on- and off-premise accounts. You will open new accounts, conduct tastings and events, and merchandise wines while collaborating with winery and importer teams.

Qualifications

Passion and knowledge of domestic and international wines.
Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn and grow in the wine industry.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Organized, reliable, customer-focused, with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and prior sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Grow sales and increase placements in existing accounts.
Open new on- and off-premise accounts across restaurants, retailers, hotels, clubs, and bars.
Conduct tastings, staff training, and consumer events to promote products.
Merchandise wines in retail stores and host market visits with winery and importer representatives.
