• Able to work Monday–Friday with extra hours and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Own shift operations, resolve escalations, and hand off work as needed.
• Lead daily/weekly huddles across sales, operations, and facilities.
• Build schedules and ensure shifts are covered to meet productivity targets.
• Drive walk-in revenue through self-serve enrollment and up-sells.
• Manage wash/processing, optimize throughput, and maintain quality.
• Coordinate routes, fleet maintenance, and vendor management.
• Conduct maintenance, audits, and ensure SOP compliance.
• Own hiring and training across both shifts and track completion.
• Forecast labor and coach team with timely feedback.
• Track results like EBITDA, 5-star reviews, and uptime.
