Job summary

OneCloud is hiring an Account Manager in Charlotte, NC to own a portfolio of up to 400 SMB accounts and drive revenue through outbound phone, email, and video outreach. You will be the main contact for renewals, service delivery, and billing questions, building strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

This role includes occasional on-site meetings and events in the Charlotte area and is ideal for someone early in their account management or sales career looking to develop

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or account management required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• Developing consultative selling and negotiation skills with a structured sales process.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn OneCloud’s products and services in depth.
• Organized, detail oriented and able to manage many accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and business software.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 400 SMB accounts, maintaining regular contact to build relationships.
• Conduct account reviews, demonstrate value, and support renewals and growth.
• Manage discovery, quoting, pricing, and contract execution within guidelines.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and re-engage dormant accounts.
• Log interactions and opportunities in Zoho CRM for reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, implementation, support, and operations teams.
• Stay current on product offerings and industry trends.
