Job summary

Walton Global is seeking a Real Estate Coordinator (Charlotte) to oversee regional information from underwriting to final disposition. The role prepares acquisition and disposition presentations, maintains project files, and organizes underwriting templates while collaborating with 3rd party consultants and internal teams.

Must reside in Charlotte. The position supports the Walton Real Estate group and involves market analysis, reports, and cross-functional coordination with legal and tax

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in real estate development or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance and/or real estate preferred.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel; knowledge of Project and D365.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regional acquisition/disposition pipeline for investment structure.
• Organize and manage project underwriting templates with 3rd party consultants.
• Prepare Acquisition and Disposition project presentations.
• Collaborate with Walton Real Estate leaders on reports and approvals.
• Develop builder snapshots and templated investment overviews as deals progress.
• Coordinate with Legal for deal information sheets and related documents.
• Upload and organize Due Diligence files for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Monitor schedules for Walton Asset Management teams on a project basis.
