Walton Global, headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Real Estate Coordinator (Charlotte) to oversee regional information from underwriting to disposition. You will prepare acquisition/disposition presentations, maintain project files, and manage underwrit ing templates with third-party consultants.

The role collaborates with Walton leaders and legal/tax teams to ensure accurate deal information and filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (real estate development, finance, economics, architecture, or engineering).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience (finance/real estate preferred).
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; knowledge of Project and D365.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage regional processes across Walton teams.
• Ability to exercise good judgment, take initiative, work independently and with others.
• Excellent interpersonal, administrative, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regional acquisition/disposition pipeline for investment structures.
• Organize and manage project underwriting templates with 3rd party consultants.
• Prepare Acquisition and Disposition project presentations.
• Collaborate with Walton Real Estate leaders to produce investment materials and reports.
• Track monetization strategies and proformas per project; prepare periodic property reports.
• Create templated investment overviews for different platforms and conduct initial market analysis.
