Job summary

Atlantic Retail’s Charlotte office is seeking a Transaction Manager to support the real estate needs of a national retail client. This role will work closely with the client and Atlantic Retail brokerage teams to coordinate transactions, maintain reporting, and help keep deals moving from initial site review through opening.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of commercial real estate experience and is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, transaction management, leasing, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple transactions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate real estate transactions for a national retail client.
Track deal activity, timelines, and next steps with brokers.
Assist with site selection, market research, and due diligence.
Prepare and review proposals, LOIs, financial comparisons, and materials.
Maintain transaction trackers, dates, pipelines, and client reporting.
Coordinate with brokers, landlords, attorneys, project teams and other parties.
