Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is hiring a PRN RN Field Assessor to join our Charlotte, NC team. As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor you will perform Long Term Care insurance assessments, collecting claimant demographics, physician information, and a current medication list, and evaluating functional independence.

The role requires using a point-of-care web application on a laptop or tablet in real time for documentation. You will complete cognitive screening and assess ADL/IADL tasks.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.

Responsibilities
