Responsibilities

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments as part of field operations.
• Obtain claimant demographics, physician information and current medication list.
• Evaluate claimant's functional independence and ability to perform ADL/IADL tasks.
• Perform brief cognitive screening and document findings in real time via a point-of-care system.
