Job summary

Johnson Brothers is a national family-owned wine, spirits and beer distributor serving customers across the region. We are seeking a Sales Consultant to cover the Charlotte, NC market and live in the surrounding area.

In this role you will build relationships, provide product knowledge, and merchandise to achieve sales objectives. You will manage routes, deliver training, and collaborate with District Manager on openings and promotions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training preferred.
• Understanding of wine and spirits highly preferred.
• Strong accounting, computer, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and manage territory within Charlotte, NC.
• Sell current and new products, promotions, and in-store tastings.
• Merchandise shelves, stock inventories, and build displays.
• Collect payments and manage credits/returns per policy.
• Educate account staff on priority brands and perform supplier trainings.
