Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout assigned territory to service accounts
• Check quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in stock and service the accounts
• Fill shelves from displays and back stock to ensure out of stock items are minimized
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Communicate with Sales Consultants regarding changes in buyer’s preferences, out of stock inventory, oversight in shelf space and any concerns/situations encountered during business hours
• Build and develop trust and a strong working relationship of the retailer by upholding Johnson Brothers corporate values, have excellent customer service and a “can-do” attitude
• Perform other work-related tasks and special projects as assigned.

The Sales Consultant In Training position supports, services and maintains accounts in the Greenville/Washington NC area. This position is responsible for stocking shelves, coolers and building displays. In addition, this position will follow up after the deliveries are made by our drivers and service shelves from the liquor department storage areas. Candidates may also be responsible for achieving sales objectives, territory management, selling current and new products, promotions, in-store tastings, and servicing accounts. This role will require holiday and weekend hours.

Territory includes: Morehead City , Atlantic Beach, New Bern and Jacksonville, NC areas
