Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and standard software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Willingness to travel for staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with some travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and execute complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service banking (ATMs, Online, Mobile).
• Assist team sales by outreach, checking offers, and identifying client needs.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Partake in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution, adapting to branch demands.
