Job summary

Hornet Group is seeking a Marketing & Sales Associate to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This full-time, on-site role focuses on supporting marketing initiatives for charitable and nonprofit clients, including planning and executing campaigns, conducting market research, and aiding outreach activities to promote programs and fundraising efforts.

You will work with internal teams and external partners, track sales performance, and prepare reports to ensure objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer acquisition skills, including gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform marketing strategies for charitable campaigns.
• Understanding of promotional techniques, customer engagement, and basic sales principles.
• Leader skills: organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, coordinating with multiple team members.
• Sales skills are a plus.
• Experience with nonprofit or charitable organizations is beneficial.
• Comprehensive job training is provided for entry level candidates.

Responsibilities
