Hornet Group is seeking a Marketing & Sales Associate to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This full-time, on-site role focuses on supporting marketing initiatives for charitable and nonprofit clients, including planning and executing campaigns, conducting market research, and aiding outreach activities to promote programs and fundraising efforts.

You will work with internal teams and external partners, track sales performance, and prepare reports to ensure objectives are met.

The Marketing & Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, focused on supporting marketing initiatives for charitable and nonprofit clients. Responsibilities include assisting in the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, conducting market and audience research, and helping develop pubic outreach and direct campaigns that promote charitable programs and fundraising activities. The individual will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, track sales performance, and prepare reports to ensure initiatives meet client objectives. Day-to-day tasks also involve supporting events and outreach activities, maintaining accurate project documentation, and contributing ideas to enhance customer engagement and retention.
