Job summary

CSL is seeking a Chargeback Analyst to validate and process debit and credit memos within Model N, coordinating with wholesalers and distributors to resolve errors and keep accounts current.

You will track trends with Power BI, support cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements across Order Management and Returns. A 1–3 year background in related ops is preferred, with strong data skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in commercial operations, data entry, finance, or contract administration.
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; SQL/Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate & validate chargebacks within contract and pricing terms, ensuring credits are issued within a 3–5 day window.
• Reconcile high-volume EDI 844 and 844 resubmission transactions across distributor and direct channels.
• Track data quality and trends with the Membership Analyst, flag recurring errors for root-cause fixes.
• Use Power BI and internal tools to monitor claim trends and communicate findings to Account Managers and Finance.
• Prepare materials for account reviews and support audits and cross-functional projects.
