Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve chargebacks, disputes related to parking meters and ParkNYC.
• Research transactions and gather supporting documentation for chargeback investigations.
• Draft correspondence and compile evidence to dispute chargebacks with accuracy.
• Prepare, submit, and track chargeback responses by established deadlines.
• Research AMEX chargebacks and prepare monthly worksheets and reports.
• Review ParkNYC accounts for fraudulent activity and verify refunds.
• Follow up with customers by phone and written correspondence to provide updates.
• Draft responses to customer correspondence on behalf of senior management.
• Prepare reports, perform analyses, and suggest process improvements.
• Assist with planning activities and policy improvements; support special projects.
