Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Government Rebate Operations (GRO) to join the Enterprise Contract Management (ECM) team in Raritan, NJ. This role focuses on base and supplemental Medicaid rebates, price analysis, and timely payments within a large healthcare contracting ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in Medicaid, rebates, or contract management, with strong Excel skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of four (4) years overall business experience in finance, operations, or analysis is required.
• Experience in Medicaid, Finance, Rebate Management, or Contract Administration is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and understand contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Senior Manager, Government Rebate Operations, and manage base activities within sub-team.
• Analyze invoice submissions and administer rebate payments, including state resubmissions and price changes.
• Collaborate with operating company partners to ensure timely payments and support financial planning.
• Ensure accuracy of payment packages, claim review, and approvals per Medicaid guidelines.
• Assist in training new hires and identify process improvements.
• Provide government rebate program expertise for acquisitions or divestitures.
• Use data sources to analyze trends and support decision making.
• Build partnerships with States and third-party agencies.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes related to Medicaid.
