Northeast Baptist Hospital is seeking an experienced RN Shift Supervisor to lead clinical operations on a shift basis, coordinate patient flow, and oversee staffing with the director and leadership team.

The role requires a Texas RN license, BLS, and 1 year in an equivalent unit; preferred are 4 years in the same. This is a hospital leadership opportunity within the Baptist Health System.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Texas State RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; AHA or ARC acceptable.
• Experience in a hospital setting and leadership/coordination responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision on shift, coordinate patient care and admissions/discharges.
• Assign and adjust staffing for the next shift with leadership team.
• Serve as a resource and role model; contribute to staff performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Baptist Health System policies and regulatory requirements.
