Qualifications

• Bachelor's Nursing is required.

• Experience in hospital administration or shift supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient throughput including bed placement relative to level of care and staffing.
• Identify situations impacting risk and liability and refer per hospital policies.
• Provide operational and administrative support for patient care, facilities and emergency management.
• Serve as a resource to staff for clinical and regulatory issues.
