Job summary

Renville Health Services in Minnesota is seeking a full-time DAY shift Charge RN/RN Manager to join our caring team. The Charge RN works 12-hour shifts, every 3rd weekend and 3rd holiday, 6:30am–7:00pm. The RN Case Manager option offers 8-hour days, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

We offer competitive wages based on experience, with a $2.00/hour shift differential for after 2:45pm. Charge RN wage range is $39.28–$43.39 per hour, depending on prior experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
• Must possess current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.

• Provide direct nursing care to individuals receiving services and monitor the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

RHS offers competitive wages based off of previous experience and a $2.00 / hr shift differential for working after 2:45 pm.
