Responsibilities

• Performs all duties and responsibilities inherent to Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse as required.
• Coordinates the unit schedule based on productivity (short‑term & long‑term basis).
• Assists director with department charge reconciliation.
• Completes investigation of incidents on the unit including assisting director with education and coaching PRN.
• Monitors performance and quality improvement projects on the unit. Provides staff with real‑time feedback PRN.
• Assists with payroll functions as needed.

Job Requirements

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and 1 year of experience at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson.
• Registered Nurse: North Dakota, upon hire.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support – CPR, upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 days.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 90 days.

Preferred

• Charge Nurse experience.

Pay Range

$37.40 – $55.63 per hour
