Park Avenue in Arlington, MA seeks an RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership and clinical expertise, capable of managing a behavioral unit and coordinating an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting. This role emphasizes compassion, integrity, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.

• Oversee medication passes and supervise CMTs during administration.
• Ensure resident safety and dignity while promoting quality care.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Charge Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has superior nursing knowledge. This position requires a strong unique person who is able to adapt at a moment’s notice to any situation including those of high stress. The RN that holds this position must have the ability to be positive in all things with the ability to manage our behavioral unit successfully.
• Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.

• Assist with staff training and orientation under DON guidance.
