HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, FL seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead nursing teams and coordinate care on the shift. You will work with management to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and strong clinical outcomes across the unit.

The CNC will participate in staffing, evaluations, and implementing nursing strategies that enhance throughput, care quality, and patient experience while ensuring policy compliance.

Formación

• Licensed RN in Florida (active).
• BSN preferred or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees admission and discharge for efficient throughput.
• Monitors and evaluates nursing care quality within the unit.
• Collaborates with management to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery as needed.
• Assists with staffing schedules and labor productivity.
• Recommends action plans for training and performance evaluations.
• Manages supplies and equipment inventory.
