Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Charge RN to lead and coordinate patient care in alignment with established nursing standards. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while serving as a clinical resource to support outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact state required.
• BLS (AHA) certification required within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be required based on unit (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, OCN, CPHON, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM).
